Colliding Galaxies is a program to simulate interacting galaxies. It is possible to create simulations up to one million particles (stars). Colliding Galaxies comes with an external program (Shape Creator) with which you can create every galaxy you can imagine. With several scientific functions you can also calculate the doppler-effect (redshift). Torender breathtaking AVI-videos you can enable differend grafic filters which e.g. makes a smooth colorfading from the galaxy center to its border. With the 3D-stereo mode the animation will be drawn in real 3D (you will need red-green, red-cyan glasses). You have also the possibility to save the simulations as an AVI-file. Colliding Galaxies comes with an detailed english and german manual.
